I am excited to announce that the Revision 2 boards have been released and have just been received. These new boards come with several improvements and optimizations based on the findings from the initial release.

Key enhancements include:

  • The USB interface has been connected to the STM32 allowing for DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade)
  • Connectors have been better aligned to fit an enclosure
  • 1-Wire support (connected to RPi)
  • RPi HAT id eeprom. This will allow Raspberry Pi to automatically detect the board and setup CAN and 1-wire.
  • Cortex debug connector and STM32 BluePill compatible pinheaders for programming
  • The digital in connectors now also have 3.3V available (for driving active sensors)
  • MCU changed from STM32G431 to STM32G473, now with more memory.
